In 2013, Russian government has passed the new bill that forbids “propaganda of non-traditional sexual relations to minors”.
Due to this “gay propaganda” law, it is now forbidden to tell LGBT young people that they are healthy, that they are not sick, sinful, or abnormal.
In response to this and in order to support one another, a number of teenagers created a social network group called “CHILDREN-404”.
