From case cover:<br/>En 1964 se descubren en Guanajuato cadavered de prostitutas mandadas asesinar y entarrar por las lenonas Chuy, Delfa, y Eva Las poquianchis. El juicio, con el que hace un gran negocia la prensa amarillista, se mezcla con dos historias que comienzan en 1951: en color los sufrimientos de las prostitutas, como las hermanas Adelina y Maria, hijas del campesino Rosario, compradas a el por Las poquianchis con el pretexto de darlas trabajo, y su hermana menor Amparo, raptada despues; sus castigos de encierro y golpas, su diera de frijoles cuando cierran los tugurios, el asesinato a palos de Adelina por su propia hermana enloquecida al verla defecar y otras atrocidades, asi como la vida de las lenonas y Tepo, hijo de una de ellas, tambien dedicada a la trata de blancas y el contrabando, que muere en un enfrentamiento con unos tips y causa el decaimiento de su madre. En blanco y negro la vida de Rosario y otros cmpesinos despojados de sus tierra, unos asesinados y otros encarcelados por protestar. El juez debe cerrar pronto el proceso por orden superior. Tras purgar su condena una de las prostitutas abre otro prostibulo clandestino.<br/><br/> |
