ITA:<br/>Ludovico Massa, detto Lulù, operaio milanese sfiancato dalla fabbrica, tormentato dall'ulcera e con due famiglie a carico è un convinto sostenitore del lavoro a cottimo, grazie al quale quò permettersi l'automobile, altri piccoli e futili beni di consumo e forse, un giorno, anche la pelliccia per la sua "signora". Un lavoratore stacanovista amato dai padroni per l'eccezionalità dei ritmi di produzione e odiato dai colleghi per il suo eccessivo servilismo, che pur riuscendo a godere della stima dei superiori e di un buono stipendio, non riesce, a causa dell'alienazione procuratagli dalla fabbrica, ad avere una vita sociale e familiare normale. ENG:<br/>Ludovico Massa, known as Lulù, a Milanese worker exhausted by the factory, tormented by ulcers and with two dependent families, is a convinced supporter of piece work, thanks to which he can afford a car, other small and futile consumer goods and perhaps, one day, even fur for his "lady". A workaholic worker loved by the bosses for the exceptional production rhythms and hated by his colleagues for his excessive servility, who, despite managing to enjoy the esteem of his superiors and a good salary, is unable, due to the alienation caused by the factory , to have a normal social and family life.
