Alfredo (Norman Briski) que ha trabajado durante 20 años como crítico de cine en un periódico, se ha quedado sin empleo por culpa de su depresión: su man humor le hacía escribir críticas imposibles y su esposa, Claudia (Laura Melillo) lo abandonó, con sus dos hijas, y se fue con Pablo un pintor famoso (Carlos Roffe).
