With contemporary witnesses and a cinematic look from the '40s, the documentary discusses the "Brazilian life" of the Austrian writer Stefan Zweig, author of the emblematic book Brazil - Country of the Future. He, 60, and his wife Lotte, 34, committed suicide in Petrópolis the week after the Rio de Janeiro carnival of 1942.
